2. What you can complain about
- A product, its label, its batch or lab report, or an order.
- A food-safety concern.
- Something on this Site or on nutritym.com that is wrong or misleading.
- How we handled your personal data, or a request to access, correct or erase it.
- Delivery, refunds or the way we or a maker treated you.
3. How to raise a grievance
Write to us by email or WhatsApp and tell us:
- your name and how to reach you;
- your order number, or the batch ID printed on the pack, if you have one;
- what happened and when;
- photographs of the pack, label or product, if they help.
You do not need to use a special form. Every grievance we receive is logged with a reference, and we keep the record.
4. Food-safety concerns
If you think a product is unsafe, stop using it, keep the pack and the batch ID, and contact us straight away. We acknowledge a food-safety concern within 1 hour of seeing it. We look at the batch, ask the maker and the lab for their records and, where the law requires it, inform the food safety authorities.
5. How fast we reply
| First reply on WhatsApp | Within 30 minutes during business hours |
|---|---|
| Written acknowledgement | Within 48 hours, with a reference number |
| Our target to resolve | Within 48 hours of acknowledgement for most complaints |
| Longest we will take | One month from the day we receive it |
| Refund, once approved | Started within 2 days |
If a grievance needs a lab test or a maker's records, we tell you what we are waiting for and when you will hear from us.
6. If you are not satisfied
Reply to our answer and ask for it to be reviewed. A director of the company will look at the case and reply to you in writing.
You can also contact these bodies at any time:
- National Consumer Helpline: call 1915 or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in.
- Food safety: the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), at fssai.gov.in.
- Personal data: after you have written to us, the Data Protection Board of India.
7. What we do with what we learn
We read every grievance as a check on our own standard. Repeated or serious problems with a maker lead to a review of that maker, and can lead to delisting.
