1. Who these terms are with
This website, currytym.com (the "Site"), is run by CurryTym Food Services Private Limited ("CurryTym", "we", "us"), a company registered in India with CIN U74900PN2015PTC157283.
By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What this Site is
currytym.com is our company site. It explains who we are, how we choose makers and what we promise. You cannot buy food on this Site. Our consumer brand, NutriTym by CurryTym, has its own website, nutritym.com, where products, maker stories and lab reports are shown. Orders placed there are covered by the terms on that website.
3. Using the Site
You may read the Site and share its address. You agree not to:
- use the Site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms others;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
- copy the Site automatically in a way that burdens it, or collect personal data from it;
- pretend to be CurryTym, a maker or anyone else.
4. Information on the Site
We take care to keep the Site accurate and honest. We state a claim only when we can prove it, and we show unknown facts as unknown. Even so, the Site may contain mistakes or be out of date. Nothing on it is medical, dietary or legal advice. If you have an allergy or a health condition, read the label on the pack and ask a qualified professional.
5. Our licences
Our application for an FSSAI food licence has been made and is pending. We are not registered for GST at present. We will show our FSSAI licence number on our product pages once it is granted, and we will update the Site when our registrations change.
6. Maker applications and messages
If you apply to be listed as a maker, or write to us, you are giving us information so that we can reply. Sending an application or a message does not create a contract, a listing or any commitment on either side. A maker is listed only after our checks are complete and a written agreement is signed.
7. Our content
The text, photographs, logos, names, designs and other material on the Site belong to CurryTym or are used with permission. "CurryTym" and "NutriTym" are our brand names. You may not copy, publish or use our material for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the Site.
8. Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, including nutritym.com. We do not control other websites that are not ours and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Our responsibility
The Site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, or from the Site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, including your rights as a consumer.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
11. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have as a consumer to approach a forum closer to you.
